Student Services
Student Services
Student Services supports students and families from enrollment through graduation and beyond. Our team oversees academic planning, counseling, and student transitions to ensure every student remains on track and prepared for postsecondary success.
Enrollment & Records
We assist families through key transitions into, within, and out of Boone High School.
- Enrollment for new and returning students
- Withdrawals and school transfers
- Transcript requests and records management
- Support from the Registrar and Student Services team
This area serves as the entry point for families and ensures that all student records are accurate, complete, and accessible when needed.
Counseling & Academic Planning
School counselors work closely with students to build, monitor, and adjust their academic plan throughout high school.
- Course selection aligned to student goals
- Ongoing graduation progress monitoring
- Schedule support and problem solving
- Guidance on academic pathways, including honors, AP, AICE, and dual enrollment
Students are assigned a school counselor who provides consistent support over time, helping them make informed decisions and remain on track for graduation. Academic planning is a collaborative process that evolves each year.
College & Career Readiness
We help students prepare for life after high school by supporting informed, goal-aligned postsecondary planning.
- Exploration of college, technical, and workforce pathways
- Guidance on dual enrollment and advanced coursework opportunities
- Alignment of coursework with career interests and academy pathways
Students may pursue a range of postsecondary options, including universities, state colleges, and technical programs, and are encouraged to begin planning early with the support of their school counselor and Student Services team
