Parking and Personalization Information 

The Student Parking Contract and Senior Personalization Contract can be found below. Every student who wishes to drive to school and park in the Boone High School student lot, will need to complete the Student Parking Contract. In addition to the paper contract you will have to complete a Google Form Digital Application. If you are a Senior and would like to personalize your space, there is an additional contract and Google Form that will need to be completed. If you do not have access to a printer, the forms will be available for pick up in the front office. Please make sure that you have the contract for the 2021-2022 school year.


To Apply for a Parking Decal:
  1. You will need to complete and sign the Student Parking Contract linked here: 21-22 BHS Parking Agreement (Printed and signed to receive decal).pdf
  2. You must also complete the Parking Decal Application online via The form will open on Monday, July 12th at 12pm. Parking spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis through the online application. Required information for the application will include:
    ● Student Information (name, student and driver’s license number and contact
    ● Vehicle Information (up-to-date vehicle plate number, year, make, model, year,
    and color)
    ● Required documents to be uploaded (current driver’s license - permits are not
    acceptable, Boone Student ID, SchoolPay receipt, completed and signed parking
    ● You may upload the Student Parking Contract without the obligation line signed
    off by the Media Center, but you will need to clear them before picking up your
  3. The only form of payment that will be accepted will be SchoolPay, the online payment
    service at
    ● If you are a Senior and would like to paint your parking space, you will have two
    transactions: $75 for the space and $15 for personalization.
    ● All regular parking spaces (Senior non-personalized and Junior lot) cost $75.
    ● Use of SchoolPay does not guarantee a parking spot.
    ● If you cannot find the items, please check back after July 2 nd to ensure the rollover for the new fiscal year.

  5. The student, or a family member over the age of 21, may pick up the decal. They must bring a valid ID and the completed and signed parking contract with obligations cleared by the media center to pick up the parking decal.

If you are a Senior and would like to personalize your space:

  1. You will need to complete and sign the Senior Personalization Contract linked here: 21-22 Senior Personalized Parking Space Contract (Print and Sign Page 3 and 4).pdf
  2. You will need to complete an additional Google Form which can be found at
  3. This form will open on Monday, July 12th at 12pm.It has specific instructions about
    personalizing your space, acknowledgement of requirements and guidelines, and it is
    where you will upload your design. Your design must be approved by administration and this needs to be completed by Wednesday, August 4th. You will need to bring your signed personalization contract with you on the painting day.
  4. Parking Space Personalization will be on Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 7:30am -
    11:30am for Seniors who purchased these specific spaces.
  5. If you’re unable to make it, or we are rained out, there will be a makeup day on Saturday, August 14th from 7:30am – 11:30am.
  6. We will provide some paint, mainly school colors (orange, white, light blue, dark blue,
    gray, and black) Paint is first come, first serve until we run out. You can use other colors, but the paint must be the specific type that is listed on the contract.

When picking up your parking decal you will need to bring your ID (student ID or Driver's License) and your completed and signed Parking Contract with obligations cleared by the media center. If obligations are not cleared, you may not be able to receive your decal.

  1. August 6th - All students who have successfully completed the Parking Application, before August 4th, will receive an email with a spreadsheet and a map of the parking lot. On the spreadsheet you will find your student number and assigned parking space for the year. Use the map to see where your space is located. You will be able to park in your space the first day of school without your decal. If there is any issue with an application, you will receive a separate email prior to August 6th. Please be sure to check both emails that you enter on the form.
  2. August 7th - If you are a Senior and personalizing your space on this day, you will be able to pick up your decal.
  3. August 10th - Any student needing to pick up your parking decal will do so after school in Mrs. Stilwell's room, 846. 
  4. August 11th - SGA will have a table set up outside of the cafeteria during both lunches for parking decal pick up.
  5. If you still need to pick up your decal after these three days, email Mrs. Stilwell at [email protected] to arrange for a time to pick it up. You will forfeit your parking space assignment if it is not picked up within one week of receiving the email confirmation.
  6. All decals must be on student vehicles no later than Monday, August 16th. 


For any student who applies after August 4th, we will have a slightly different process for verifications, emails, and pick up. Please let me know if you have any questions.
